Sal's Tire Baby V1 Decor Only

The deets: -bgc -located under decor, misc, clutter and sculptures -three skintone swatches which are not the best but i did them myself -none of the meshes are mine, all are EAs, but I edited them and edited the textures (ea could never come up with something this good lets be real) If y'all notice any problems, please message me any time! I'm having problems with my game opening but I was able to test this a few times; it haunted my sims houses just fine lol. I'm working on v2, which will be a kids toy (because obviously this isn't weird enough).
